I support busy women who are frustrated with yo-yo dieting, losing weight just for a holiday or big event, only to regain it afterward, and experiencing the discouragement of always feeling like they’re starting over.
My approach centers on strength training and HIIT Strength—low-impact workouts that don’t demand hours in the gym or on a treadmill.
My goal is for you to feel empowered and in control of your health & wellbeing.
